Who We Are
Indigo Locke Consulting help contractors of all sizes maximize profit and reduce risk to projects predominantly within the civil engineering, rail and construction sectors.
We offer training, procurement and commercial project support with a goal of ensuring your business has all commercial risks fully understood and a strategy for a successful commercial outcome is in place from the project’s inception.
We are also specialists in agreement of large changes and final account closure, for projects subject to substantial change and under financial strain.

We are ECC NEC 3&4 (all options), suite of contract experts, and also have significant experience and success working with NR3/4/9/12 (ICC), FIDIC, JCT and MF forms of contract.
Our training convers the importance of applicable notices, the correlation to programme submissions, pricing of change and administering contracts to avoid common pitfalls such as time bars and incorrect pricing.

We also ensure there is a clear route to change from interface with others in conjunction with completing your works. We can also strategize subcontract procurement strategy on your behalf and ensure risks are appropriately allocated to both parties to ensure time/cost/quality priorities are met.
